Dry Needling

Trigger-point dry needling is an invasive procedure where a fine needle or acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points (MTrP) which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy, or manipulative therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by physical therapists, physiotherapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it mostly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.    

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups. Its practice mainly occurs in Asia but also in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Cupping has been characterized as a pseudoscience and its practice as quackery.

Laser treatment

Reduce inflammation and edema, induce analgesia, and promote healing in a range of musculoskeletal pathologies.

Joint Mobilization

Joint mobilization is an example of a hands-on treatment and is a form of passive movement technique for musculoskeletal conditions. Joint manipulation is a technique in which a passive, high velocity, low amplitude thrust applied to a joint with the intent to restore the optimal motion, function or to reduce pain.

Taping

Taping is the process of applying tape (dynamic tape) directly to the skin in order to maintain a stable position of bones and muscles during athletic activity or movements. In taping process dynamic tapes are used , which are specially designed to work mechanically, to alter movement patterns while absorbing load & re-injecting that energy into movement.

Spine Injury

Spinal cord injury or SCI is the damage to spinal cord that results in loss of functions such as mobility or feeling.

Geriatric Rehabilitation

Geriatric physical therapy covers a wide area of problems related to elder people.
